Weekly highlights...

Literacy:  We will continue to work with context clues.  We will have a posttest on Friday over this skill.

Writing:  Small moment stories are due by Friday.  These should be handwritten.  Students have a copy of the rubric on Google classroom.  We will then begin working on prompt writing.

Science:  We will have a quiz over erosion and deposition on Tuesday.  Students can use their Venn diagrams for help.  We are also working on group projects.  Each group is researching either volcanoes, earthquakes or glaciers.  We will continue this project into next week.

Health:  We will begin learning about community safety.

Math:  We will keep working on Unit 2 in math.  We have played some fun games for reinforcement!  Thank you for the support with getting the Home Links completed.

Social Studies:  The unit 1 tests went home on Monday.  If your child received a "Needs Improvement" or an "Unsatisfactory" they have a chance to improve their grade.  Please check the green attached paper.
